Hello!

This registration is for exhibitor/vendors for the MDHA Fall Connection- 100th Anniversary in-person Convention on October 16th and 17th, 2026. Exhibitors/Vendors are companies that wish to have a table at our event. This event is located at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverwatch in Auburn, Maine. Vendors will be allowed to access the hall on Thursday October 15th at 7:00pm, or as early as 6:00am on Friday October 16th. All vendors are required to register here if they plan to have a table at the event. Sponsors are those that are sponsoring a speaker. Sponsors are previously placed in our speaker agreements as sponsors. Sponsors are required to register here if they plan to have a table at the event. If a vendor or sponsor does not register here, there is a chance a table will not be available. We expect to have limited space at this event and encourage registration as soon as possible. Please indicate if you will be present for Friday and Saturday, or one or the other. Some vendors sign up for both days, and do not end up needing a table on one of the days. We ask you share your plans and how many representatives you plan to have with your company. The MDHA will cover lunch for two representatives, if a third representative is represent the MDHA will request an additional $50 fee for lunch.

This year we have a national speaker, Dr. Brian Novy. Vendors are able to receive CEs for the event at no additional charge. If you would like to receive CE credit, please email [email protected], subject line "CEs Vendor Fall Connection" to request CEs.

• $900 for two days

Bronze Sponsorship

• $499 for one day
  • Vendor table for one day of conference
  • Small logo space in Conference Program 
  • Complimentary Conference Registration and CEU’s for up to 2 representatives

SPEAKER SPONSORS:

• Sponsors that are sponsoring a speaker, will receive a "discount code" that you will be able to enter to remove the table fee further in the registration process. Please choose the ticket for "Sponsors" for registration. (If you do not register, you will not have a lunch or table reserved)
• Some sponsors do not attend or prefer a table at the event, in that case, please indicate if you are attending and/or if you do not want a table reserved.
• Please indicate if you are going to be present one or two days, even if you choose to register for both days, still indicate if you will be there both days, or one day (and if it is one day, please indicate Friday or Saturday, this prevents us from having empty tables set aside during the event).
